The facts stated in my application for employment are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that any misrepresentation or omission of any fact in my application, resume, or any other materials, or during any interviews, may result in Trident Academy ending any consideration of my application or, if I am employed, terminating my employment with Trident Academy. I authorize Trident Academy to investigate all statements and claims contained within this application and subsequent oral interviews, and I acknowledge and agree that the School may check for references from sources other than those personal references listed.
