At Trident Academy, our teachers are able to provide 1:1 Academic Therapy for students from Trident and other schools. This is typically done outside of the school day or during the summer months when school is not in session. With Academic Therapy, Trident Academy teachers trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach focus on the individual needs of the student. Academic Therapists design an evolving diagnostic and prescriptive program for each student. Adhering to the principles of the Orton-Gillingham approach, students are taught using a very structured, multi-sensory, and sequential approach.
Current availability of Trident Academy tutors: Unfortunately, the tutoring schedules of Trident’s teachers are completely full during the 2022 spring semester. Our teachers may have availability to take on students during the summer of 2022.
